Overview:
IET inspected a campus of office buildings that had developed mold contamination behind vinyl wallpaper as a result of poor building materials choices and insufficient HVAC humidity control within the systems.
After determining the extent of contaminated building materials, IET developed a mold remediation protocol for each work zone and provided project management oversight from the beginning to the end of the project.
IET currently conducts yearly IAQ and HVAC mechanical inspections in each building to allow the client take a proactive approach that locates and addresses IAQ concerns before they become serious problems.
