- Zonal Moisture Mapping: We conducted deep-probe moisture testing across different flooring types and wall assemblies. By mapping the moisture content in everything from wood-paneled walls to bathroom tile subfloors, we ensured that the home’s “envelope” was secure.
- Atmospheric Stability Checks: Our team monitored the home’s internal climate, checking for consistent relative humidity and temperature levels across all floors. This ensures the HVAC system is properly balanced to prevent the conditions that allow mold to thrive.
